APPLICATION PROCEDURE

HOT WATER APPLICATION:

This method is applicable to remove oils over nets. In knitting machine, sometimes machinery oils spills over nets.

Netcleaner removes oil stains in effective manner with the following simple procedure.

Take Netcleaner 0.1% on the weight of Net. For example, 50kgs of nets is required 500gms of Netcelaner.
Take the amount of water as required to dip the nets.
Dilute the above-calculated Netcleaner in the water.
Raise temp 70 degree and process the net for the duration 30-min.
Finally, rinse the nets in cold water.

COLD WATER APPLICATION:

This method is applicable to remove dirt, which forms during handling the nets or deposits any foreign particles like sand over nets.

Take Netcleaner 0.1% on the weight of nets. For example, 50 kgs of nets is required 500 gms of Netcleaner.
Take the amount of water as required to dip the nets.
Dilute the above-calculated Netcleaner in the water.
Soak the nets and allow it for 30 Mins.
