Softening Agents

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

• The amount of cold water is to be taken as required the nets to immerse.
• Calculate ‘PERFECT NON’ 20GMS per 1 liter of cold water and dilute PERFECT NON in cold water. For example, 100 liters cold water contains in a bath then 2 kgs of PERFECT NON is initially diluted.  This diluted solution need not let out till rancid smell occurs.
  Soak net in the diluted bath and maintain it the duration for 30 min.
• Take out net from the bath and keep it for dip drying. (Dip drying means the moisture content of nylon mono filament removed by holding hooks and allow to drop water)
• Finally, the net is ready for stretching operation. Using either Length Stretching Machine or Depth Stretching Machine can carry out this operation.If LSM is used for stretching operation, the temperature inside the heating chamber may be maintained in between 110° to 140° depends upon moisture contained in nets when enter inside the chamber.
• The net should be kept in open air for 24 Hours after delivery from LSM.  In this stage, monofilament net further absorbs moisture from air that improves softness in nets.

FOR CONTINUOUS NET PROCESSING:

Add 10-15 GMS “PERFECT NON” per 1Kg of net in the above per diluted bath as mentioned in the point no. 2
 
Further, the dosage level can be adjusted, during the continuous net processing, depends upon softness on net as required.

By using exhaust method, or padding method.  (Kindly refer method of application as given in other range of products)

General guidelines:

• Keep Fishing nets in open air for 24 hrs after processing, which helps to regain moisture.
• Never use water washing over Fishing Net after processing.

• Soak Net in the diluted bath and maintain for 30-min duration.
• Take out Net from the bath and keep it for Dip Drying.
• Finally, using Length Stretching Machine (LSM) or Depth Stretching Machine (DSM) should stretch Net.

Specialty

This product does not affect white color fishing nets and other colored nets due to its special chemical formulation.

20 gms to 30 gms per liter of cold water. The dosage may adjust depends upon the size , code of nets.

Application

For continuous net processing add NEO SOFT RI (100%) 20 gms – 25 gms per 1 Kg of net in the same bath.  After processing, water need not be let out as long as any rancid smell occurs from the bath.  Further, the addition of NEO SOFT RI can be adjusted according to necessary softness level over net.

Top

Softening effect of nets will remain same in all climatic condition, without affecting external atmosphere.

Hence, a small dosage will be added with other softening agent in order to achieve the same effect.

Application procedure:

Exhaust Method:

• Calculate 15 – 20 gms/liter of cold water.
• Dilute NETFLEXO in it.
• Soak nets in the bath for 30 min
• Dip drying.  Take out Net from the bath and drains water.
• Stretch nets by using Length Stretching Machine or Depth Stretching Machine.

The dosage level may be adjusted to the construction of fishing net and its code.

Salient Features:

• Gives soft handle and good antistatic effect
• Resistant to yellowing of whites and bright shades
• Disperse easily in normal water
• Uniform consistency from top to bottom in carboy
• Suitable for exhaust process

Application procedure:

• Calculate 20 to 25 gms per liter of cold water and dilute it.
• Soak nets into the above bath for 15-20 min.  For higher code 0.28 /0.32, the dipping duration may increase about an hour.
• Dip drying.
• Stretch nets by using Length Stretching Machine (L.S. M). Inside Chamber Temp.  135 -140º C , Traveling time – 55 to 60 Sec.
